Arena has heat; floor is dirt and dragged - sprinkler to control any dust
Kitchen, office, attached 40 x 60 crating area along with separate stalls
Upper level bleachers plus area on floor for sitting w/dogs
Paved parking for 100 cars
RV parking along side / back of building
Easy access on M-37
